Returns, Refunds and Exchange

Items that have been shipped and not yet received cannot be refunded without going through our escalation process which includes a case number from your local courier. (Please contact us for further information)

No Returns, Refunds or exchanges on sale items  

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, Refund or Exchange, your item must be Faulty or damaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Products Purchased for free in a giveaway (unfortunately we cannot refund shipping) If you purchase various items with a few free items and you get shipping for free; If you return purchased products then delivery for the free products will be deducted from your refund.

Please take into consideration we offer one free product per person, the more products you order for free the higher shipping becomes. The rate doubles per free item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

There are also situations not applicable for a refund,

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Some items may not be refunded but simply exchanged.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and statement thoroughly, if Infact you have not received your refund then contact your credit card company bearing in mind that it may take 3-5 Working days  before your refund is officially present in your bank account.

Whether you receive a refund or exchange for a damaged or missing product is down to the discretion of La Maison Dè Sacs. 

 Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@maisondesacs.com and send your item to the address provided to you; We will then happily send you a new product. If you want a refund, we can process that once the product has been received. 

Whether you receive a refund or exchange for a damaged or missing product is down to the discretion of La Maison Dè Sacs. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us so we can help you arrange the return of your product,

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS TO OUR OFFICES AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING YOUR PRODUCTS.

UNFORTUNATELY, IF THAT IS DONE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVER COST FOR US TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU.

YOU CAN THEN RETURN THE PRODUCT IN THE CORRECT MANNER.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
